Makes an audio element and, with src, starts loading it: a package file or, with the "network" permission, an http(s) URL. Formats are the ones macOS decodes (MP3, AAC / M4A, WAV, AIFF, CAF, FLAC, ALAC); playing needs the "audio" permission
