The system appearance changed (the user switched it, or Auto switched it at sunset / sunrise)

The user changed the content's parameters. Content that listens to it (addEventListener or onparameterschange, set before the change) keeps running and applies them itself; without a listener the app restarts it with the new values. Can come several times a second while the user drags a slider.
